Doc. Giorgia Chiarelli

Giorgia graduated with a grade of 110/110 from the University of Milan-Bicocca in July 2021 with a dissertation in bankruptcy law entitled “The division of creditors into classes in the arrangement with creditors”.

She joined Mario Battaglia’s team in 2021 where she currently focuses on real estate law and leases, contractual relationships, corporate and bankruptcy matters, and debt enforcement.
