Lawyer Giuseppe Martino

Born in Naples in 1977, Giuseppe graduated in Law with honors from the State University of Milan in 2003, and he has been a member of the Bar of Milan since 2008. In 2013 he obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Law.

He works with passion as a lawyer, mainly assisting companies in every legal aspect of their business, in corporate, contractual, and extraordinary transactions.

He advocates cases before the Italian courts in corporate, banking and bankruptcy law.
He is often a member of several arbitration boards; he has also been a speaker in the Higher Education courses of the Consortium for Credit and Finance in business law.

Giuseppe is a member of the board for bankruptcy proceedings and enforcement procedures established by the Council of the Milan Bar Association.
